I have worked with districts and state associations across the country to bring innovative and realistic ideas for maximizing the effectiveness of every school counseling program. I love to take complex problems and break them into accessible action steps that allow for counselors to leave ready to implement change. School counseling is not an easy job and a combination of art and science allows us to create systemic change that shows results for our stakeholders and, most importantly, our students.
