Note: This product (and post) have been updated for the 2020-21 school year. This year, I've hole punched in a note book, I've also printed printed in a spiral notebook before as well. It's super easy to upload on a website like Staples or Office Depot and have it printed. It usually costs my about $15 depending on what options I use and coupons I find. I've included printing instructions in the materials as well. Best of all, you upload one document and it does it all for you!

Counselor Planner 2016-17 Include your curriculum plan in your planner so that you know which lessons are coming next. There are 6 pages for a total of 66 lessons. There is plenty of room to write notes if you write on the small side. I included a few reminders in my plan. Interested in any of these lessons? I like to run a lot of groups. That's great but sometimes I get confused on who meets when and what class the kids are in. I used to make boxes like these using markers on white paper. For the planner, I've classed it up a bit and given you a spot to write who, what, where, when for all your groups!

Thanks! I guess you could write down in the log and then transfer to google as you have time. That just makes more work for yourself though! I suggest picking one so that you can stick with it.

Hi Kristen, I had mine printed at Staples but most office stores can do the same.

Hi Alyssa, this is the only planner that I have at this time. You can see every page that is included in the preview on TPT. Just click on the green preview button. You may find that the planner would work for you as a clinical counselor as well.

Do you have the calendar part broken down by 15 minute intervals? That would make it perfect.

This calendar has 30 min slots but the boxes are big enough to divide if that would work for you.

Thank you so much for this resource. I also appreciate seeing it actually "in action" instead of just a tiny little preview on TPT. Seeing how counselors actually use these organizers help me decide which to purchase.

I love your school counselor planner and would like to purchase it. I tried to use your code CELEBRATE and it wasn't recognized.

Hi Velda, that code was for the TPT sale in June. It is now over. They usually have a sale again in August. Thanks!

Hi Cynthia, did you click the red download now button? If that didn't work, you can go to "my purchases" on TPT and download again. If it still doesn't work, you can contact TPT support and they will help you. https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Contact

Hi Kristina, the planner is not editable. Perhaps you could put 7:00 meetings above the days of the week. Would help remember those early meetings ;)

My school is going on a 6 day cycle any planner that might reject like A thru E days?

Reply
Rebecca Atkins
8/1/2018 03:58:01 am

Hi Amy! I have been there! We did a 7 day cycle for years at one of my schools. I just wrote the letter days at the top of the calendar next to the days of the week. That way I could still see one week laid out at a time. Otherwise it gets really confusing because you know the letter day but not the day of the week.

Did you print it on card stock for your three ring binder? or just when you had it bound in a spiral?

Reply
Rebecca Atkins

Hi! I print on high quality regular paper, not cardstock. I find that you can't flip through the pages easily on cardstock. I do the cover and back on cardstock for the spiral but if you're going to slide into a notebook cover, that wouldn't be necessary.

Is there any way to get an updated/ corrected version of the year at a glance sheets? September should start on Sunday and you have it starting on Monday, making all of the following months off by one day :( I love this for my planner and would love to have the corrected version.
